We have a range of shipping options due to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are expertly trained and will wrap your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Before shipping your items will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Every day, we send thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. This shows our commitment to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
